I don’t really WANT to post this.. but I should.
I have decided to join in on NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month). The “challenge”, if you will, is to start and finish the first draft of a 50,000 word novel in the 30 days that November holds. I started thinking through a book idea this summer, so I am going to work on that throughout the coming month.
This is kind of crazy considering how busy I am, but the reason I am putting it online is so I DO IT. #accountability
This part is so my mom feels better: The way I am making time for this is by not once typing “www.netflix.com” into my internet browser, starting November 1st. I WILL NOT BE GIVING UP MY HOMEWORK TIME, MOM. Hehe.
This will be a grand learning experience.. Patience. Endurance. Maybe learn some new words?
So… See y’all in December…
And don’t spoil my TV shows.
And pray for me. O_O

You can do it, Casi.

Wish I could join as well. With Corey’s encouragement around Visible now, we could create the “young publisher’s group” made of students.

I am starting today as well, Casi. Thank you for the encouragement! I’ll figure out how to connect on the site and encourage everyone, too, but I’m doing my words today. Netflix is bane of creativity – abstinence is the best policy!
